Mission: To develop bespoke, responsive, animated and interactive elearning and help push the boundaries to cement Sponge’s reputation for innovation and creativity.

Team Dynamics: They have superb technical ability and are great problem-solvers with a can-do attitude to get things done. As the glue which brings all aspects of our elearning together, they are strong team players and have good communication skills. Innovation is in their DNA and they are naturally drawn to the latest technology.

Tasks Include: Working with the latest technologies to create an elearning game for one of our major clients that will be used by thousands of people across the globe.

Researching and developing new and interactive video components which can be incorporated into a corporate elearning courses.

Providing on-site face-to-face software training to our customers on how to update, enhance and maintain their elearning.
