How have you found your first few weeks working as a Junior Elearning Developer at Sponge?
Brilliant, a nice open plan office to work in which helps you relax and be creative. Colleagues have been great, such a friendly bunch – they made me feel at home on my first day.
How have you found the working environment at Sponge?
The working environment is great, relaxed yet hardworking. Being around creative people does help develop your own skills.
What attracted you to work for Sponge?
Firstly the name, and then upon looking at their website I saw the creative and fun things they’ve created.
Favourite coding platform/authoring tool?
Articulate Storyline. I love learning tips and tricks and doing things in different ways.
Favourite project you have worked on so far?
Due to positive feedback it would have to be a Korean & Thai translation for a compliance elearning module for a major retailer.
What makes for a great work day for you?
Knowing what work I have planned in my diary for next, which allows me to stick on my headphones and get stuck in.
How do you see your career progressing at Sponge?
My short-term goal is to come up to par alongside my more experienced colleagues and be able to develop the software we already use to its full potential.
