The opportunities lost by organisations using outdated methods and technologies for compliance training are in the spotlight at an interactive webinar this November.

This online session will challenge attitudes about what works in compliance training and share success stories of organisations taking an innovative approach.

Jason Plunkett, Senior Solutions Advisor at Sponge will be leading the webinar panel. He said: “Compliance has become increasingly complex for global companies but some organisations have been slow to update the training they provide for their workforce.”

“Doing the same thing on compliance with little measurable improvement is becoming a costly waste of time,” said Jason.  “During this webinar, I’ll be focusing on two main areas: how to make compliance training more effective by delivering lasting behaviour change and how to reduce lengthy training to make it more efficient.”
